Miami is rolling out the red carpet for a new interactive and immersive exhibition on the life and career of Lionel Messi, opening April 25.
Once again, the name Lionel Messi is sparking celebrations in Miami, with everything is set for the official opening of a fully immersive and virtual experience detailing every aspect of the Argentine soccer star’s life and career.
On the eve of the virtual exhibition’s opening, AS USA was granted an exclusive media preview, allowing us to head in and check out the experience which takes visitors on the life journey of one of the greatest soccer players of all time, and who is, for many, simply the GOAT - the Greatest Of All Time.
“The Messi Experience” uses cutting-edge technology and AI assistance in its bid to create a unique, enthralling experience for Messi’s fans, covering every stage of the World Champion and eight-time Ballon d’Or winner’s career, both on and off the pitch.
The experience, which takes just over an hour to complete, features nine different interactive stages that narrate Messi’s journey from his beginnings in Rosario, Argentina, to winning the World Cup, and his current life with Inter Miami in the United States.

The areas of the virtual tour of Lionel Messi’s life and career are divided as follows:
World Cup Victory Celebration: Fans can join in the simulation of the celebration of Argentina’s third World Cup triumph, won at the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
Messi’s Childhood Home: Attendees of The Messi Experience can head into the house where Messi spent his childhood in Rosario, Argentina.
Journey to Barcelona: This section of the immersive experience takes fans to Barcelona, where Messi began his professional career, and in particular to Barcelona’s iconic Camp Nou, the stadium where he experienced his greatest club-level glories.
Messi’s Triumphs and Frustrations: This stage recounts the ups and downs of Messi’s sports and personal life, from challenging times to the successes that have made him arguably the best in the world.
Interactive Fan Zone: This dynamic section allows all visitors to The Messi Experience to test their soccer skills and tackle the challenges presented in this area.
Selfie Zone: Finally, fans can take a lasting photo souvenir of their visit, where the exhibition, with the help of AI, features a virtual Leo Messi.
The Messi Experience: A Dream Come True opens this Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Regatta Harbour in Coconut Grove, Miami, and will subsequently travel to other cities around the world, with Argentina highlighted as its next stop.
