‘How s**t must you be?’ Arsenal fans aim at Burnley with self-deprecating chant

The Arsenal contingent in attendance at the club’s meeting with Burnley this afternoon were keen to turn their side’s dismal recent form on the road into ammunition against Sean Dyche’s Clarets.

Odegaard on target

The Gunners are currently locked in action at Turf Moor.

Mikel Arteta’s men headed into proceedings keen to build on a crucial first win of the season last time out, when they emerged on the right side of a 1-0 scoreline in a clash with fellow strugglers Norwich City at the Emirates.

And, as things stand, a 2nd win in two is precisely what Arsenal are headed towards.

The visitors currently lead Burnley by a goal to nil, courtesy of a moment of magic on the half-hour mark.

After the Gunners were awarded a free-kick on the edge of the area, summer addition Martin Odegaard stepped up to direct a stunning effort beyond the despairing Nick Pope, making the difference between the sides in Lancashire at present:

‘We’re winning away!’

As outlined above, if Arsenal manage to hold out for all three points this afternoon, it would mark just the North Londoners’ 2nd Premier League win of the campaign.

This comes with Arteta and co. having majorly struggled out of the gates last month, en route to a home defeat at the hands of Chelsea, and successive embarrassing losses on the road at Brentford and Manchester City.

In turn, amid their side’s rare lead away from the Emirates, the Gunners faithful in attendance at Turf Moor on Saturday were sure to take advantage of the situation, courtesy of an altogether self-deprecating chant:
