For Jérôme Rothen, Thiago Silva should have demanded changes within PSG when he was still at the club. Not once gone to Chelsea.
Jérôme Rothen is angry with Thiago Silva. The Dream Team RMC Sport member didn't really appreciate the Chelsea defender's criticism of PSG, the club he captained before leaving for free in the summer of 2020. In an interview give to Canal+the Brazilian pointed the finger at the management of the club in the capital and what he considers to be an incessant turnover.
“There are things you have to look at to try to improve for the future, he explained in particular. And not to make a lot of changes. There, it's difficult to continue to progress. Each time, we come back to zero, and that is not possible in football, even if PSG has a lot of money. But that is not what makes you win in football. Titles are not that.” For Rothen, these reproaches come too late.
“We feel that Thiago Silva is frustrated”
“We hear a lot of things from the old ones. What bothers me is that if you want to change things at PSG, a club with multiplied ambitions, you have to say things. I heard Unai Emery say things five or six years behind schedule. Thomas Tuchel, it's even worse. He's been winning titles since he's been at Chelsea, so much the better for him, but that doesn't mean we have to give lessons every time on what is happening at PSG. But the worst is Thiago Silva”, he underlined in his show “Rothen ignites” this Wednesday on RMC.
“We feel that he is frustrated to have been kicked out to be replaced by Sergio Ramos. He spits in the soup, he says that the club starts from scratch every year when it is totally false. He has forgotten that some players have been there for ten years. We expected him to take his responsibilities as captain, as an experienced player. He failed like the others, when he stopped denigrating PSG, which did not need that,” he said. Eliminated from the Champions League and the Coupe de France, PSG has only one goal at the end of the season: to win a 10th title of champion of France.

Rothen is the one frustrated by Silva for reminding his beloved PSG how wrong they were while they are still suffering from the pain of elimination. The frustrated PSG fan believes that Silva is 'kicking a man when he is already down'. PSG has been getting "kicked down" ever since he left and yet they thought by kicking him out they were creating a winning team. Please don't blame Silva, maybe it's just Karma at work.

And if he had criticized the club while he was still there they would have certainly kicked him out earlier. How many players criticize their paymasters? Would you have done so if you were in his shoes, Mr Nonentity? You say "he was kicked out" yet you expect him to be happy and not frustrated with that, really? Who wouldn't be?

Thiago Silva voiced out and the club made him a villain in the eyes of Thomas Tuchel. Relationship got worse between them and Silva declined to extend his contract. Tuchel later opened up the same story and he got sacked! was it because of PSG performance that he was sacked??

Mmmmmm Thiago silver is right he might have never said it because of the top management, for Thomas tuchel he tried to warn the club about the way it was managed but what did psg do they sacked him am totally sure Thiago silver regrets to have spent a lot of years at psg and he wishes he should have left for Barca when they came for him or any other club in Spain or England right now he seems to be very happy at place where everything is done with order and professionalism

Try to take it as an advice rather than criticism. You know he gave his life for PSG so show some respect to the legend🙏
