Ansu Fati changes agent from Messi's brother to Jorge Mendes

Ansu Fati has decided to change agent and put his confidence in Jorge Mendes' agency Gestifute.

His former representative was Lionel Messi's brother Rodrigo.

Fati is about to become member of Barcelona's first team and his promotion will be accompanied by a salary raise.

His buyout clause will also increase to 170 million euros when he turns 18 in October.

Fati will be the second Barcelona player represented by Mendes who is also advising Nelson Semedo.

On Tuesday, club president Josep Maria Bartomeu stressed that the club are not willing to sell their academy pearl.

"We have received offers for Ansu Fati but we don't want to sell him," he told Barca TV.

"We want him to grow here.

"He is not for sale."
