Jose Antonio Reyes' father Francisco has admitted that life 'doesn't make sense' as the family continue to grieve the death of their son.

The former Arsenal, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid player died at the age of 35 in a car crash in June in Spain which also saw his cousin Jonathan become a second fatality.
Speaking to television channel Telecinco on their 'Viva la Vida' broadcast, Reyes' grief-stricken father tried to explain the difficult the family face in coming to terms with his death.

'When we are alone all we do is cry,' he said. 'We do not even speak because if we say something to each other, it is about something that makes us cry.
'His mother does not even go to the doorstep. We knew it would be hard, but not this hard. My wife goes from bed to the sofa and from the sofa to bed. We would like to know where to get our strength from.
'We cannot say things to each other because if we say or do or see something we think about how he used to say and do things.
'How do we think we are going to move forward? That is what we would like to know. The problem is our lives do not make sense anymore.'
Reyes, who won 21 caps for Spain, started his career with hometown club Sevilla and made his first team debut at the age of 16.
After leaving Seville for the first time, Reyes signed for Arsenal during the 2003-04 'Invincibles' campaign for around £15million.
He went on to win the Premier League, FA Cup and Community Shield. He was the first Spaniard to win the English title.
Spanish sports daily Mundo Deportivo said at the time that a preliminary police report into the accident pointed to a blowout as the former Arsenal star was going at more than 70mph above the speed limit as the probable cause of the accident that killed him and his cousin.
It was also reported that Reyes had not driven the vehicle, one of a fleet of high-powered cars he owned, for several months and the tyre pressure was not what it should have been.
