Bukayo Saka could still see his pay increase in the coming weeks with reports that the Gunners are hoping to tie him down to a new long-term deal.
The 18-year-old has impressed in the unfamiliar position of left-back this season and he looks set to be rewarded with a new contract sooner rather than later.
According to The Athletic, Saka will see a significant increase on his current £5,000-a-week wages should he put pen to paper, as is expected.

Saka is better than many left wing options that you may think of. Nelson and Gabriel are also very good. Defense and Midfield is where we are shaky and need reinforcement. Saka deserve a long term reasonable wage and a huge buy out clause.

This should be done ASAP. Increase his wages to £80k per week with a 5 year contract. This kid is more talented and most importantly, more determined to play for the badge than most of our deadwood players.

I will prefer to praise arsenal boards over the contract of saka extension, the guy is talented player but I want the board look into right back position situation, we are weaken in that position this season, most of our opponents used the position to break the defense line and I want arsenal boards to be address the position in summer to bring someone is capable to play the position very well and he will give bellerin a new challenge bcos the Spanish guy is injury prone since three season ago now and the coach try his best to used another player to cover positions but please I want Edu Gasper to look into that position to be address in this summer.
