Arsenal legend Ray Parlour insists Mikel Arteta should let Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang go if he isn't committed to the club.
Aubameyang has again been linked with a move away from north London with Arsenal struggling in the bottom half of the table.
It is likely the Gunners striker will push for a transfer in the summer if his side fail to qualify for the Champions League.
And Parlour believes new boss Arteta shouldn't stand in his way as he needs players who are completely behind him.
“He’s got to be 100 per cent behind Arteta as a manger and really give it his all if he’s going to stay," Parlour told talkSPORT.
“But if he’s 50/50, ‘I don’t know whether I’m going to stay or go’, he’s got to make a decision.
“The players have got more power in this era, so the best thing from Arsenal’s point of view is, if he doesn’t want to stay, try and get the best money for him. Try to get as much money you can.
“He’s aging, he’s 30-year-old now and he’s not getting any younger. Are his best days past him?"
Aubameyang has scored both goals of the Arteta regime so far but his strike against Chelsea was in vain as Arsenal threw away a lead.
Parlour admits he remains the main man but must be focused on turning the club's fortunes around.
“At the moment he’s the one who can score you a goal, though. He’s an instinct player and he’s been brilliant for Arsenal, his goal record is unbelievable," he added.
“We’ve seen in the past some great players leaving clubs because they don’t want to stay there, and it’ll be no different with Aubameyang and Arsenal.”

Committed or not, he’s the only one putting up numbers for Arsenal. Imagine where the club would be without his goals..

If he is not committed to play for us, let him leave. Yeah, He is the best striker we have got after the departure of Henry. If it is without the goals of Auba, we would have been in relegation zone now. But there is no point in compelling a player to stay. We have to respect his decision and wish him good luck.I hope he stays, but if he doesn't stay then I wish him good luck in the forward journey.

The Arteta Revolution is on, Auba can go if he's not IN. We need committed soldiers to accomplish the Revolution. Will will wait.
