Karim Benzema scored his second hat trick in four days to settle El Clasico and kick Barcelona out of Copa del Rey.
Trailing 1-0 from the first leg, Madrid levelled the tie through Vinicius Jr in first-half stoppage time.
Benzema added two goals early in the second half - the second from the penalty spot - to put the visitors in control and completed his hat-trick to seal the win in the 80th minute.
Carlo Ancelotti's side will face Osasuna in the final on 6 May.

Well, we cant win em all I think this is a big reality check for the Barca fans who we’re getting too over confident and the silly Madrid fans disrespecting modric and kroos, even though they’ve been great in most our matches. All round disappointing game nothing much to say we clearly go out classes by the better side today and you have to respect it still. no excuses, beating any Barca side injuries or not is never an easy task, (also considering we’ve beat them with injuries before) and embarrassed us by 4 goals today, you just have to respect it still. Vini practically owned araujo today so that stupid narrative can have a reality check today, yes araujo defends well against him but he also needs a lot of help, which he didn’t get today and we saw what happened. Camavinga was beyond impressive, modric was doing modric things, and I genuinely wish we didn’t have to play against kroos today, and ofcourse benzema also silencing his doubters with a Barca a Hatrick you just have to respect it still. Forget about absences Xavi is a trash coach the only reason why we are top is because Real Madrid have been inconsistent and Laliga is not the same league we knew before, take this Barcelona team to the 2019 backwards When Laliga was still Laliga and they won't be able to keep any clean sheet for any reason because of Xavi's poor tactics and lack of coaching experience.
