Barcelona trolled Luka Modric on Twitter after Barcelona's 3-0 away win over Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey semi-final.
The Croatian midfielder was pictured clinging on to Lionel Messi's shirt as the Argentine dribbled towards goal on Wednesday evening, a foul for which he was not given a yellow card.
FC Barcelona took to Twitter to mock Modric over his attempts to block their No 10 at the Bernabeu.
The club tweeted: 'It's much easier to get a #Messi shirt by going to our online store,' accompanied by a link to the club shop website.
Football fans responded with satirical GIFs and memes to poke fun at Modric and hail Messi.
One person tweeted a doctored photo of Messi lounging on the Bernabeu pitch with the caption: 'Messi resting in his garden,' and 3-0 scoreline attached.
Messi was a driving force behind Barca's victory over Los Blancos, giving Modric a torrid time throughout the 90 minutes.
Luis Suarez opened the scoring on 50 minutes, converting Ousmane Dembele's low cross.
Suarez was in the thick of the action once more when he forced Raphael Varane to divert another Dembele cross into his own net.
The Uruguayan added a third on 73 minutes with an audacious Panenka penalty, ensuring Barcelona's progress to the Copa del Rey final for the sixth year in succession.
Barcelona return to Madrid on Saturday evening when the two teams will face off for the third time in 25 days.
