Boateng picks Ibrahimovic over Messi as the best player to play alongside

Barcelona forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has claimed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the most skilled teammate he has ever had the pleasure playing with in his career.

The two forwards coincided at AC Milan between 2010 and 2012 and the Ghanaian picked out the Swede as the best footballer he has played alongside.

While Lionel Messi was not his first choice, the 32-year-old labelled his experience of playing along the Argentine wizard as a dream, although the two players have only featured once in the same line-up since Boateng arrived from Sassuolo in January.
