Brescia promoted to Serie A for the first time since 2010-11

Brescia have officially been promoted to Serie A for the first time since 2010-11 thanks to players like Sandro Tonali and Alfredo Donnarumma.

This evening’s victory over Ascoli proved decisive, 1-0 thanks to a Daniele Dessena strike, as Palermo were held to a 2-2 draw by Spezia.

Alfredo Donnarumma (no relation to Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi) is on track to be the Serie B Capocannoniere with 25 goals.
