Marcus Rashford scored an injury-time penalty at the 94th minute past Buffon to seal the historic comeback.
It wasn't the first time Buffon went through this - Cristiano Ronaldo kicked him out in the same fashion last season when Real Madrid beat Juventus 4-3 on aggregate.
Ronaldo netted a 97th-minute penalty in that game, eliminating Buffon and Juventus.
