Liverpool centre-back Virgil van Dijk is well-known for his heading ability, but a video has now emerged on social media of the Dutchman jumping three metres in the air to head a football in a warm-up area.
It is this ability in the air that has made the 27-year-old so difficult to attack against, along with his qualities in the other areas of defending.
Strikers know that they are not going to win much against the former Southampton man.
The Netherlands face France in the UEFA Nations League at De Kuip, Feyenoord's stadium, this Friday evening as they look to avenge their 2-1 defeat in Paris from September.

He is absolutely fabulous however if Liverpool could only start to do something with their freekicks and be more creative they should score much more goals,but unfortunately they're unimaginative they're very much one tracked minded and another bother for me is when there's corners theres nobody @ the back post for that ball which passes everybody in the box comeon Klopp football isnt rocket science your the boss get more creative and make Liverpool an exciting & an adventurous that other teams should fear to play against. The reason VVD hasn't been scoring goals in the EPL is due more to the team's set piece and open play tactics than his lack of ability. However, I've noticed him being gradually more involved in attack situations.
