Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani has reportedly agreed a three-year contract with Inter Miami.
Cavani's current deal in Paris will expire next summer, though, and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Miami have secured the 32-year-old's signature on a three-year contract.
David Beckham's newly-formed club, who are yet to announce a head coach, are due to take part in their first ever MLS season in 2020.

Seems like a good signing. What’s the Uruguayan population in Miami?

As a Uruguayan and an Atlanta fan... I am so conflicted. So stoked to have him here though!

If there’s one position in MLS that is typically easier for older guys to play, it’s striker. There’s a long list of older dudes coming here and having amazing years into their 30s. I just hope their 3rd DP is an attacking midfielder in his 20s.

Say what you will about age, but being able to see these stars when they’re still able to play is a real treat

Are they allowed to do that? Doesn't the Bosman rule only come to effect 6 months prior the ending of the contract? I mean, this is straight up negotiating with a player under contract to sign him for free in a year's time

And, most of all, he won't have to deal with Neymar any longer. That's how they got him to say yes.
