Leeds United star Raphinha has been linked with a whole host of top clubs and most recently has been tipped for a move to north London to join Arsenal.
The Brazil international, who is regarded as one of the Premier League's best wingers, was Leeds United's most crucial player in 2021-22 and was the driving force in their successful bid to avoid relegation.
He joined Leeds from Rennes in 2020 for around £17million and it is rumoured that the club will want around £45million to part ways with their star player.
Barcelona and Arsenal have been heavily linked, but with Barcelona's financial troubles Arsenal have a better chance of landing the winger.
“I like Raphinha's passion, his personality, his mentality and his desire to win and be a great player,” Leeds boss Jesse Marsch stated in May.
“He is a fantastic talent. We have not got enough out of him, that is the truth. We've tried to find ways to play with him a little bit wider.
“We've tried to find ways for him to be in transition moments a little bit more, to get him around the goal more.
“Against the best opponents, it's not like we're going to be on the ball in the final third for 50 per cent of the game where we can really get him on the ball.”
Mikel Arteta needs to add more attacking firepower to his squad, who often struggled for goals last season, and better depth is required if they are to make a push for a top-four spot and compete in the Europa League next season.
Here's how Raphinha's 2021-22 stats in the Premier League compare to Arsenal's attackers. We've left out Eddie Nketiah and the recently departed Alexandre Lacazette as they are traditional No.9's rather than versatile wide forwards.

We are not lacking wide attacking players. Arsenal need a ruthless center forward and a mesmerizing mildfied general
True. We should prioritise them first before going for a winger. We need full-backs too more than a new quality winger.
