Manchester United are struggling so far this season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, with star forward Cristiano Ronaldo having reportedly noticed various negative changes at the team compared to his first spell at Old Trafford.
The Portugal international joined United back in 2003 from Sporting CP and won three Premier League titles, an FA Cup, two Carabao Cups, an FA Community Shield, one Champions League trophy and the Club World Cup before moving to Real Madrid in 2009.
Drop in standards under Solskjaer
Ronaldo stood out under Sir Alex Ferguson, who was the last coach to lead Manchester United to Premier League glory, and according to talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook the Portuguese star has seen a drop in standards in the team's training ground since his return.
"I heard some really alarming things about Manchester United last night," Crook said.
"About Ronaldo, and he is shocked from what I'm told that the way that standards have dropped at the club in terms of what happens on the training ground from when he was there under Sir Alex Ferguson, to returning under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
"There's a lack of attitude in training, maybe one or two players think it's okay to turn up late as well.
"I think once Ronaldo starts voicing that opinion to the powers that be, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on a very sticky wicket."
Manchester United's crucial next few games
Many expected the Red Devils to part ways with Solskjaer following their 5-0 thrashing to Liverpool on home soil, but the Norwegian coach has stayed put in the dugout.
Since that game, United grabbed a 3-0 win away at Tottenham Hotspur and a 2-2 draw with Atalanta thanks to a late Cristiano Ronaldo equaliser, before being completely outplayed in a 2-0 loss at home to Manchester City.
Their next three games are expected to decide Solskjaer's future, as Manchester United play away at Watford, Villarreal and Chelsea.

Why always blaming others when ur performance isn't above that of others? Why not look at urself and ur performance? U can't be staying in the box all the time expecting others to do all the work, only for u to take all the glories. And when things did go as planned, u start blaming games. This is selfishness!

Portugal in between 2004 and 2020 qualified for all the Euros and World Cups in which Ronaldo played. But now, Ronaldo is 37 years old. And its not a joke. See how Portugal are struggling to even qualify for World cup when he isn't performing well? It just shows how he have been carrying his nation single handedly for the last 15 years.

CR7 Has most match winning goals in football history. Most goals against top 10 nations. All time top international scorer. Won 2 int titles with a country that's wasn't even considered a contender. Made greatest goal ratio record in la liga (which is the best among all top 5 leagues of Europe). These are just some of his millions of achivements. So I don't think a 37 Yr old should be blamed for scoring most match winning goals in the biggest legaue in the football

ronaldo needs to understand that he is also part of their problems ..last season United were second in epl ..They have only improved the team from there , varane , ronaldo and sancho joined ..He is aged , he needs to understand that...no need to bring messi here , he also past his prime , but the best thing about messi is far more complete player .He can still contribute in different aspects of the game ..
