Sampdoria's Mikkel Damsgaard opened the scoring in Denmark's Euro 2020 semi-final against England at Wembley with a stunning freekick.
The 21-year-old stepped up and dispatched from around 25 metres, sending a shot flying into Jordan Pickford's net just beyond the first half's midway point.
Pickford had been perfect in goal until then, but Damsgaard's shot was too hot for the Everton goalkeeper to handle. Despite the credit the Samp star deserves for the shot, it went in rather centrally and Pickford would have been disappointed.
