Toni Kroos' documentary has revealed numerous details about his life on and off the pitch as a Real Madrid player.
From cleaning his own boots to his relationship with his wife and the Real Madrid dressing room, we've picked out the most interesting aspects.
Cleaning his own boots
"I know that lots of people think I'm crazy but, for me, it's important looking down and seeing white boots. I don't know if I have a psychological problem, but I have to wear white boots. If not, I'm not comfortable," Kroos says.
"He always has the same two or three pairs of white boots and we think he doesn't trust the kitman to clean them, so he always cleans them himself so that they're perfect," Gareth Bale said about the German's habits.
Relationship with his wife
"Toni is an emotional person, apart from when he sometimes has a wall that he builds around him in order to not expose himself to the outside," Kroos' wife Jessy says.
"When I introduced him to my friends, I asked him to be friendly because his behaviour is a bit strange.
"Sometimes because it seems like he's not interested or because he doesn't like small talk like others do. But in reality, he needs more time to open up.
"We've been in Madrid for five years and I've never been into the city. We're not very urban. We prefer to stay at home like an old couple.
"To start with, it was impossible to go anywhere with Toni, but since 2014 it's been possible for me."
He met his wife in Fuerteventura
"Toni was 18 and I was 20. We met in Fuerteventura. I wouldn't say it was love at first sight," Jessy said.
"He's an amazing person. We met back in Germany afterwards and we knew we were together."
"When Jessy came into my life, everything meant more because I had something more important than football," Kroos said.
"I'd be lying if I said we've never argued, but I've never had to sleep on the sofa. We make up quickly."
Grandparents' advice
Kroos' grandfather never misses a Real Madrid game and he often has advice for his grandson.
"Don't run so much in the first half, save energy for the second half. I hope to follow this," Kroos said.
"Sometimes I see that the goalkeeper is on the floor and the players don't shoot high. I tell him to lift the ball more," Kroos' grandfather said.
"His composure comes from his father, not me. He knows what he's capable of.
"I don't like the tattoos on his arms and he knows it."
Physio's secrets
"You never get nervous," Real Madrid physio Jaime Benito tells Kroos.
"I've seen you speak to Jessy on the phone just before going out to play, put the phone in your bag and go out.
"Then, at the break, you take out your phone, reply to a message like 'I'll buy tomatoes on the way home' and go back on the pitch. Not everyone can retain such composure."
Relationship with Bayern Munich
The documentary shows that Kroos and Bayern never really got on.
"I don't think Toni ever settled in here, right from the start," Jessy said.
"When Toni was at Bayer Leverkusen, he didn't want to go back [to Bayern]," his agent said.
When discussing a new contract at Bayern, Uli Hoeness revealed how the talks ended so bitterly.
"We offered him our highest wage and we told him: take it or leave it," he said.
"He told me: I'm leaving it. It surprised me, but I like people like him, people with principles."
Contract extension pleased his wife
"My wife is happy, that's a good sign for the club, right?" Kroos told Jose Angel Sanchez when renewing his Real Madrid deal in June.
"That's good. If they're not happy, things don't go well," Sanchez responded.
Iceman nickname
Kroos has been nicknamed 'Iceman' in the Real Madrid dressing room and Sergio Ramos revealed how well he settled in at the club.
"Foreign players always come to the club, which is why we call it the foreigners Rondo and Toni surprised us because he came to the Spaniards and settled in very well," the captain said.
Relationship with his parents
Kroos' father Roland was the coach of Hansa Rostock in the lower leagues of Germany for a number of years.
"My father was 50 percent father and 50 percent coach," Kroos said.
"Naturally, something is lost. If you train with your father, he has to treat you like the others and even a bit tougher. I didn't argue because it seemed fine to me, but if I think about it now, it was a bit excessive and I think it affected our father-son relationship."
Friendship with Robbie Williams
Kroos is close with famous English singer Robbie Williams, who asked the German for a special favour.
"You've won everything in Madrid, I'm asking you to sign for Manchester United!" he says in the documentary.
"I think we have the best league in the world, the Premier League. That's why one thing annoys me a lot. Real Madrid have made me feel small, as if I had a small penis. Football is my religion and I don't like that there are gods bigger than mine."
Winning the World Cup but missing the photos
When Angela Merkel wanted a photo with the German national team after their World Cup triumph at the Maracana, she noticed that Kroos wasn't about.
"Inside I'm as happy as anyone in that photo, but I'm not the type of person to show it on the outside," he said.
"I don't miss this photo in my collection. I don't need to be in the centre of the celebrations."
