Griezmann: "Did I deserve the 2018 Ballon d'Or? Yes"
Antoine Griezmann, Atlético de Madrid striker, is one of the trendiest players in European football. His maturity has coincided with his best form in recent years. Last season he deserved the 'MVP' award, which he was not given. "Buff. Now I have a problem with my son, who always wants to be a goalkeeper. When I was a kid, I always put myself in goal, yes. My father would get angry because he wanted me to be in midfield or forward. But I had a lot of fun being a goalkeeper. Now that's what's happening to my son as well."

WHAT DO YOU DO AFTER A MATCH?
"It depends. If it's Sunday, there's NFL or NBA. Films, series, until three in the morning you don't fall asleep... It's complicated, when you start at the age of 20 you don't fall asleep until three or four in the morning. The stress, the adrenaline. You drink coffee, mate, 'Red Bull' for the match... It's like drinking caffeine."

Remember once Griezman said that he can be in the same table as Messi and Ronaldo. Well, most people didn't even try to think, but, rather, everyone criticised and mocked him, including me. But, when keeping the favoritism and media apart and analysing his contribution to the team, both at the international and club level, he is a great player who didn't receive the appreciation. His contribution to Athletico Madrid was huge as well. He playmaked and scored goals while contributing to the defense of the team and reached the UCL final. He won the MVP at the international level in Euro 2016. He won the silver boot in 2018 WC and was also their playmaker.He was the second best player in 2022 WC after Messi in terms of team contribution. Throughout his journey, he was the main playmaker for the team while scoring a decent amount of goals as well. There are very few players who can pull that out. He deserves a Ballndor! Let's take a movement and applaud this man. He is a good playmaker and a good goalscorer.
