I'm not trying to be disrespectful but your way of thinking has no logic behind it. You can't judge a team based a world cup the won back in 1966. What have they done since then?? Nothing. They've been the laughing stock of Europe for the last decade plus. Now they actually have a good team but they need to win a trophy or at least consistently go far in major tournaments to be considered a giant of Europe again.... Having said all of that. England, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy are back to top form again so along with France, Spain, Germany and Portugal this will be a very interesting tournament. Each team I just named has the potential of being champions. It will come down to injuries and form of players just before the tourney starts.
