Chelsea have told Manchester City they have a deadline of 5pm this Friday to make an offer for Enzo Fernandez.
City are interested in the midfielder, who shared a strong relationship with Enzo Maresca when he was Chelsea boss.
Chelsea value Fernandez at £120m. He has six years left on his contract.
If City do not meet Chelsea's demands, they do not intend to sell Fernandez in this window.

Enzo is a high profile player and to replace him won't be easy.. now that Chelsea have done all their buying business they want to focus more on outgoings to balance the squad.. Enzo saga is coming as a distraction and can't be allowed to drag till deadline. Man City may be trying to hold out till deadline and see if Chelsea will reach a compromise on their valuation to get a deal done... But Chelsea have said NO! 120M now till Friday on their own terms or he stays for another year.. Considering the relationship that Maresca has created with Chelsea now they will be more hard on this deal with City
