Once again, for the third time in 2019, Neymar has picked up an injury.
The Brazil No.10 was forced off against Nigeria after just 12 minutes with his hand clasping the back of his left leg.
This year has already been the worst of his career in terms of injuries as he broke a metatarsal for Paris Saint-Germain in January which sidelined him for 85 days.
Two months after his April return, he suffered ankle ligament damage against Qatar in a friendly for Brazil and it ruled him out of the Copa America.
The ex-Barcelona man returned in August for PSG but transfer speculation meant that he didn't take to the field until mid-September.
Neymar has suffered 16 injuries to date in his career, but he's missed 175 days in 2019 alone already with more potentially to come.

As a genuine football, it hurts everytime to see Neymar taken off the game due to one injury or the other. It hurts to see possibly, the only one who could be in the stead of Messi and Ronaldo when they are no more, lose his career to injuries which seem endless. And it's particularly scary even more because a short trip down the memory lane will make you realised that he is falling victim to a serious trend seen of the Brazilian greats that have rocked our football world so hard that it gave some of us orgasms sometimes

Brazil will be happy he's injured but they won't reveal it. can someone tell us last time Messi with Argentina scored 4 goals in a match? but wuhtout Messi, they have been scintillating.. even beaten one of their rivals Ecuador 6-1, broke Mexico's 14 games unbeaten run by 3-0, came from 2 goals down to draw against Germany that always get better than them..
