Fans of Kylian Mbappe believe the France wonderkid will outscore Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo after the Paris Saint-Germain striker hit his 100th career goal.
Supporters took to social media to express their excitement after Mbappe hit his landmark strike against Andorra on Tuesday night.
Mbappe opened the scoring after 11 minutes as world champions France ran riot in their Euro 2020 qualification clash.
Fans believe Mbappe, at the tender age of 20, is more prolific than both Messi and Ronaldo were at the same age.
Ugwuoko Victory said 'surely 700 by 34' while Thee Lawd wrote 'he's probably at the same level as 20 year old Ronaldo and that's crazy. He will be the goat when he retires'.
Ivan Fernandez predicted he will score 400 goals at the age of 26 if he continues his impressive goalscoring record.
He tweeted after France's 4-0 win: '100 goals = 20 years, 200 goals = 22?, 300 goals = 24?, 400 goals = 26? etc.'
Mbappe hinted he could leave PSG this summer as he said at an awards ceremony that he may need to start a 'new project'.
He said in May: 'I have discovered a lot here, and I feel it is maybe the moment to have more responsibility.
'I hope that can perhaps be at Paris St Germain, that would be a great pleasure. Or maybe elsewhere with a new project.'
Mbappe has already won three Ligue 1 titles, one French Cup, one French League Cup and a World Cup.

scoring didn't make Messi and Ronaldo the goat, is not all about scoring, it's their consistency in performing day in day out

Ronaldo was playing as a winger in the premier league until the age of 24 & Messi was playing as a false 9 in Laliga (way more competitive than Ligue 1). Mbappe is playing as a central striker in the best team of the least competitive league in the top 5 European leagues. Mbappe is good but Messi & Ronaldo are in a class above everyone else

People shouldnt set the bar too high. At 18, Jack Wilshere was also considered the English Iniesta by Arsenal fans ๐๐๐

Depends, scoring is one thing but scoring consistently and having extra to your game is another. Unless he can replicate Ronaldo spot kick form and Messi ability to playmake as well as score adding to their years of consistency, he wont cut it. In Ligue 1 even Hazard could have outscored them if he stayed at Lille judging by how he had 22 goals and 22 assists in his last season. But it's about how you fare elsewhere and what your true best position is....
