Nice boss Patrick Vieira has emerged as another new contender to replace Gennaro Gattuso at Milan next season.
According to Rai Sport, the Rossoneri have set their sights on the Frenchman, even if Eusebio Di Francesco remains the favourite.
The 42-year-old tactician is certainly no stranger to Serie A, having played for Milan in 1995-96, then Juventus in 2005-06 and Inter until January 2010.
His management career began in the Manchester City youth academy, moving on to NYCFC in MLS and since this season Ligue 1 club Nice.
It was here that he clashed repeatedly with Italy international Mario Balotelli.

Our problem isn’t with the midfield and defense ..though defense a little wrong-pass-mistake prone but overall defense will be better with Calabria improving on his crosses ... My main problem and the reason why Milan should sack gattuso is ... 1. His attacking tactics just doesn’t cut it with the Type of players we have... his attacking style is the wingers and full backs attack with crosses...from inside or outside of the wing ... he also doesn’t build up in the opponents half .. gattuso builds up from the back and giving the midfielders even more work ... as the early runs are started in our half and this gives less passing options when further up the pitch because if he builds up in the midfield and have the wingers hugging the opponents defense line ... and of course piatek up front that’s at least 4 people(midfielder looking to give the pass, 2 wingers 1 piatek in the box (not to talk of incoming fullbacks to make 6 players in attack) But with gattuso when it’s time to attack our wingers are in the central midfield and piatek is in attacking midfield far away from goal and no one to pass to.. no speed , 😂... it’s funny how we could score so many crosses this season ...Gattuso is a good defensive organizer but a poor attacking tactician... he should contact me for private lectures 😁...

Don't u think your club needs some stabity,you have got many young players who need manager who can develop them, Conte might be a bad choice he is a prooven winner but u needs someone like Poch to achieve consistent top 4 finishes and developing your players
