Galatasaray have reportedly invested in cryogenic chambers to assist Radamel Falcao's recovery from an injury in order to have him available for their Champions League clash away at Real Madrid on November 6.
The Colombian is suffering from an Achilles tendinopathy that he picked up in Galatasaray's game against Paris Saint-Germain in October, and he is a doubt for the trip to Madrid.
"With cryogenic chambers, football players recover sooner from their injuries due to the rapid recovery of tired muscles," reported the Turkish newspaper Sporx.
"With this new technology, club players will benefit."
Cryotherapy is a special treatment for sports injuries of different kinds and it's very useful after an intense training session as it helps the muscles to recover faster.
