AC Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis is ready to oversee an 'international revolution' of the club this summer led by Ralf Rangnick.
That is according to Friday's edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) that claims there will be no room for sentimentality and having former Milan players around. That is because Gazidis is ready to undergo a complete revolution of the Milanese leadership that will begin with Zvonimir Boban's exit and then continue with the increasingly probable farewell of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara.
In reality, Elliott and Gazidis have no intention of sacking Maldini, but coexistence with Ralf Ranginick does not seem possible at all. The German, strongly desired by Gazidis, will be at the centre of the new project as both the head coach and sporting director.
So there are already two big powers in the hands of an international figure who will have a say not only on the pitch, but also off it.
In addition to the arrival of Rangnick, there are also two other characters who will acquire greater importance at Milan. One is Hendrik Almstadt, also a German, who is in fact the right-hand man of Gazidis and who will work closely contact with the former Leipzig director on the market.
Greater responsibilities will also be given to chief scout Geoffrey Moncada: his role should not change, but most likely he will be increasingly listened to.

if Milan want to make revolution it should be on our squad too as there many players are need to be sold like Musacchio because we have Gabbia and Duarte as back with Romagnoli as starter we need new CB like Upamecano π also and sell Conti or Calabria because both of them can't kept thier form for long so sell one and keep one to be back up for new RB we buy in the summer π and for our goalkeeper Donnarumma situation should focus on either he renew his contract or we sell him in the summer and buy new GK and bring Plizzari back from his loan to be second choice for our team π and for our midfield that is the area where the team need to improve as we need new DM like Tonali to be with Bennacer instead of Kessie because he good for nothing and new CM with experience to balance our midfield like Ibarhimovic did with our attack and there's a lot of easy cheap options available in the summer like Modric who will enter his last year on his contact with his team so they will not giong to ask of a lot of money for it π and for our attack new wing will be enough as we already have Rebic and Leao β
