Former Real Madrid star Guti isn't opposed to the idea of coaching Barcelona, with Ronald Koeman's Camp Nou future looking more at risk by the day.
Koeman is expected to be out of job soon, and a loss to Atletico Madrid this weekend could see the trigger pulled on the Dutchman.
"Would I coach Barcelona? Why not," Guti said as LaLiga's ambassadors were presented in Madrid on Friday. "I'm available. I want to show the world that I have what it takes to coach."
Speaking at the same event, former Barcelona and Real Madrid forward Samuel Eto'o highlighted the importance of the game against Los Colchoneros.
"The most important thing for Barcelona now is the game," Eto'o said. "Let's not kill them ahead of it, they are very much alive."
While Diego Forlan was piling more attention onto this weekend's huge LaLiga Santander fixture, Fernando Morientes was heaping praise onto Real Madrid's Karim Benzema.
"I'd give him the Ballon d'Or without any doubt," Morientes said of the No.9. "He has taken responsibility since Cristiano Ronaldo left [Real Madrid] and is playing at a very high level."
On future transfers, Steve McManaman had the names of Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland put to him.
"I know that Haaland and his father like [Real] Madrid, so we'll see," McManaman said. "I think [Gareth] Bale is going to retire when his contract in Madrid ends.
"Mbappe to Madrid? Why not?"
