Manchester City star Erling Haaland has revealed his bizarre bedtime routine.
The Norwegian striker, who has scored 55 goals in 58 games since joining City, stressed the importance of sleeping well.
Haaland stated that he tapes his mouth shut before sleeping and also disclosed that he wears blue light blocking glasses for three hours before bed.
The 23-year-old some of the secrets behind his success while appearing on Logan Paul's Impaulsive podcast.
Haaland said: 'I think sleep is the most important thing in the world.
'So to sleep good, simple kind of things blue blocking glasses, shutting out all the signals.
'To do a lot of things is not good but to do small things every single day over a period really pays off.'
In addition to taping his mouth, Haaland says that he regularly uses a sauna.
'You should try and tape your mouth. I sleep with it.'
'I have it (a sauna) at my home so I try and do it not every single day but almost every day. Sauna, steam room.'
Haaland has become the latest athlete to be sponsored by Logan Paul and KSI's Prime energy drink.
He previously revealed his diet of heart and liver that has helped him to become a success in a documentary called Haaland: The Big Decision.
Showing off huge chunks of heart and liver from his butcher, he said: 'You (other people) don't eat this, but I am concerned with taking care of my body.
'I think eating quality food that is as local as possible is the most important.'
Haaland also revealed that he only drinks water through a complicated filter system.
He said: 'The first thing I do in the morning is to get some sunlight in my eyes β it is good for circadian rhythm.
'I have also started to filtrate my water a bit. I think it can have great benefits for my body.'
He only consumes 6,000 calories per day in order to maintain peak physical condition.
In an Instagram video last season, he revealed his secret 'magic potion' of milk mixed with spinach and kale.
In May he showed off a tray of beef liver on Instagram following a victory over Everton.

Haaland did not win young best player award. It was saka. question to everyone, would city still have won the champion league and the premier league without Haaland? My answer is 100% yes because they have got an amazing talents in the team. Alvero would have scored most of those goals Haaland scored. I think haaland is overhyped just because he scores goals most of which are taped in. He often get lost in big matches expecially without greenish and Kevin debuyne.
thank you for telling us nothing

useless comment. Halaand was the top. goalscorer in champions League. He disappears in games but he disappears along with the opponents defenders, because they are concerned of man marking THUS OPENING/CREATING SPACE FOR THE OTHER MAN CITY ATTACKERS
