On-loan Manchester United midfielder Hannbal Mejbri has revealed the crucial role his Old Trafford teammates played in his move to Sevilla.
The 20-year-old completed a switch to the LaLiga outfit on Monday, with an option to make the deal permanent at a cost of Β£17.5million.
The Tunisia international, who found starts hard to come by under Erik ten Hag, attracted interest from other clubs but ultimately chose the Spanish side because of the atmosphere at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium.
United suffered a bruising 3-0 defeat to Sevilla in the second leg of the Europa League quarter-finals last season and that experience clearly stuck with a few of the roster, who talked up the raucous crowd.
'I wasn't involved, but I watched the games and I could see the quality in the club.' He said. 'I could see the fans. When they played at Sevilla, it was crazy.
'And just before I joined here, the players at United told me about the fans.
'They told me the atmosphere was really crazy. It's always nice to play for a team who have good and crazy fans because it helps you when you are in difficult moments.
'I've heard a lot about them so yeah I can't wait to see them, play for them and hopefully they can like me as much as I like them.'
Mejbri will link up with United striker Mateo Mejia who has agreed a four-and-a-half year deal at Sevilla.
United originally acquired Mejbri, who has been capped 27 times for the Tunisian national side, from Monaco in a Β£9.3m deal.
He opted to miss the Africa Cup of Nations in order to secure his future for the rest of the campaign.
The youngster could make his debut for his new club on his birthday as Sevilla travel to surprise LaLiga leaders Girona on Sunday.

Yes but right now all players who can get a chance will be better away from ETH. We have worse things to come with him.
i saw two matches for this boy, he was so good and the other midfielders are old and injury prone

Yes Hannibal you must vacate Manchester United and go to a club that ETH isnβt. Soon all players that are not wanted will be relocated by transfer or leased so better away. Lots more coming up so good luck. You are an excellent player.
