European football's governing body UEFA are currently considering ways in which the two postponed Europa League fixtures can be carried out, a report from the online edition of Gazzetta dello Sport states.
UEFA confirmed earlier on today that both Inter versus Getafe and Sevilla versus Roma are postponed in wake of the Spanish government's decision to impose travel restrictions between the two countries amid the ongoing Coronavirus crisis.
As per the report from the Milan based newspaper, UEFA are thinking about the possibility of making these fixtures one off matches at neutral venues to avoid clogging the team's schedules and this would allow things to proceed as planned as far as the next rounds are concerned.
The report does however not give any idea about venues that could be used for the match but does state whatever the venue, the matches will in all likelihood be played behind closed doors.
