Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta is delighted seeing Monza in Serie A.
Marotta formerly worked for the Serie A minnows.
“Monza represents a wonderful period in my career," the Nerazzurri executive said, “from the end of the 1980s.
“My photo at the headquarters immortalizes the happy moment that was our victory over Palermo in the Serie C playoff.
“I must say that relations with Adriano Galliani are excellent and it makes me happy to see him managing a club that I have such a fondness for and long connection with.
“I hope that Monza can reach safety in Serie A, and not just that, have a season that gives everyone around the club great happiness."
