Inter Milan 'annoyed by the attitude of Lukaku' as Juventus look to hijack deal

Inter Milan are reportedly upset with Romelu Lukaku as the Chelsea forward is not responding to messages from his teammates and manager amid Juventus' interest.

This comes as the forward has been granted additional time away from Chelsea while other players have already reported back for pre-season.

According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter are 'annoyed by the attitiude of Lukaku, who isn't responding to the managers or his former teammates'.

In addition to this, the report states that Inter have become aware that there is 'an opening to Juventus', a team in which Lukaku previously said he would never play for out of respect for Inter.

The offer is believed to be £32million with an additional £1.5million in addons, while Inter are ready to offer a similar deal but with less money up front.

Juventus' offer would be dependent on the sale of striker Dusan Vlahovic by August 4th, while Chelsea would prefer to sell Lukaku quickly.

The issue now is that Lukaku's behaviour is 'holding Inter back'.

The report continues to state that the forward has 'opened up to Juventus' and spoken to the club through his lawyer.

Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that Inter will give up on a deal for Lukaku if he doesn't show commitment to returning to the San Siro next season over a move to Juventus.

Chelsea are looking to get rid of the forward as quickly as possible so that Pochettino can work with his squad and plan for the new season without Lukaku at the club.
