Inter Milan defender Bastoni confirms Tottenham approach

Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni has confirmed contact with Tottenham.

Bastoni's former Inter coach Antonio Conte remains a fan and wants to bring the stopper to Spurs.

And the defender has revealed there's been approach from Spurs last summer.

"There was some contact, but I'm glad I stayed at Inter," declared Bastoni.

The Italy international's contract with the Nerazzurri runs to 2024.
