Jack Grealish looks back at his lavish summer break after travelling and partying

Jack Grealish has taken a fond look back at what he has called a 'helluva summer' as he prepares to return to pre-season training, with his lengthy break during the off-season seeing him jet around the world on lavish trips.

The forward helped Manchester City win the Premier League last campaign in his first year at the club following a £100million move from Aston Villa, and he also represented England in their disastrous Nations League run.

However, Grealish, 26, also found time to blow off some steam and enjoy some well-deserved time in the sun, with the superstar crossing the globe.

Ahead of the new season, he took to social media to upload a photo dump on Instagram, and captioned it: 'A helluvaaa summer with my friends & family.'

First up, Grealish flew out to Las Vegas to enjoy a few days of partying. There, he splashed out on a large hotel suite, before the group made the most of a pool party.

The Sun have even claimed that he revelled in an £80,000 VIP package including a whopping 116 bottles of champagne earlier in the night.

Grealish was also joined by his friend, and West Ham star, Declan Rice at one stage.

Then, from the US, he jetted out to Greece, where he reunited with girlfriend Sasha Attwood for the wedding of his former Aston Villa team-mate Conor Hourihane.

They also attended another wedding, with Manchester United defender Harry Maguire marrying his partner Fern in France in a picturesque £500,000 bash.

With the knots tied, Grealish and Attwood travelled to Santorini for another holiday.

The couple enjoyed a day in Athens, with the footballer admitting he had 'fallen in love' with the capital. He was also spotted training in the baking sunshine.

Grealish posted to his 5.1million followers on social media last week, and opted for the caption 'Working in the heat', alongside a sun, running and football emoji.

The series of images showed him striking a football on a sandy pitch under blue skies, running across a grassy pitch at a training centre and volleying into a goal.

He had flown out to Athens to train on his own at Olympicacos' complex.

Earlier, he had taken part in sessions with a small local club in Santorini, who even offered to relocate their under-10s camp to accommodate him.

Now, however, the hard work begins in earnest again for the attacker.

City will head out to the US to play Club America and Bayern Munich, and then take on Liverpool in the Community Shield on July 30 in Leicester.
