Pictures and plans reveal England captain Harry Kane's £6.5million mansion that is being revamped and is just 15 miles from Chelsea's training ground.
The property, on the exclusive Wentworth Estate in Surrey, was pictured as the Tottenham footballer's plans to tear down the home and rebuild another in its place get underway.
The development is happening amid growing speculation that Kane, who was one year left on his contract at Spurs, could leave his boyhood club this summer.
Chelsea are now managed by Kane's former boss Mauricio Pochettino, and, if Spurs' rivals were to sign the player either this year or next, his home would be ideally located for his new daily commute.
Documents show how Kane and his wife Katie plan to demolish the main building, pool house and garage to create his ideal three-floor home.
The proposed new property, which will include a gate house, would be built in the style of the Georgian period in the 19th century, with 'ornamental dentils' and large windows.
Besides four bedrooms for the family, there will be two en-suite rooms for live-in staff and the roof will boast wildlife-friendly 'bat access tiles' to help out local wildlife.
The sprawling abode will also feature his-and-hers dressing rooms, along with a spa and sauna on the ground floor.
Kane's football boots will also get their own room, but no space for trophies is mentioned.
The home is also close to Wentworth Golf Club, a major bonus for Kane, who is a keen amateur player.
The star currently lives with his wife and three children in Hampstead, north London.
The most exclusive homes on the Wentworth Estate sell for between £10million and £20million.
The star striker's contract expires next summer and his club have rejected an offer of £60million from German side Bayern Munich in recent weeks.
Manchester United have also long been interested in the star but uncertainty surrounds the size of their budget amid the protracted sale of the club and the need to comply with spending regulations.
According to The Telegraph, Chelsea were alerted to the fact that Kane's home is near to their Cobham training ground.
But Spurs chairman Daniel Levy will be reluctant to sanction a deal that would see him depart for their main London rivals.
Mail Sport previously revealed that Kane would be open to joining Bayern, who are expected to come back in with a second offer after seeing their initial bid turned down.
They believe Harry would accept a move to Bavaria, though Tottenham remain adamant that their talisman is not up for sale in the summer window and are looking for an offer between £90m and £100m.
