Martin Keown has ripped into one of Manchester United's star players for the way in which they celebrated their goal against Chelsea on Thursday evening.
The Blues pulled off a sensational injury-time comeback to beat Manchester United 4-3 in their Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge on Thursday night.
The Red Devils had gone behind within four minutes as Chelsea raced to a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Conor Gallagher and Cole Palmer.
Thankfully for Erik ten Hag's side, Alejandro Garnacho and captain Bruno Fernandes found the back of the net to make it 2-2 by half-time.
However, Keown was less than impressed with Garnacho's goal celebration after he put the visitors in front in the second half with a well executed header.
The 19-year-old celebrated getting on the end of Antony's impressive cross by sitting on the advertising board with his hands on his hips.
The former Arsenal legend said Garnacho should have been more focused on getting back into 'position' and working hard defensively.
'They produce good moments like Antony's ball to Garnacho, which was fantastic, but that's his first assist of the season for goodness' sake,' Keown told TalkSPORT.
'The way that the players celebrate – Garnacho, get your backside off the advertising board and get back and get ready to defend because the opposition are going to come at you.
'People say Arsenal over-celebrate but what are United doing? Everyone is celebrating that goal but I'm not having it, I want you back in position and to give give me something defensively.'
When asked whether he felt Ten Hag would last at the Man United manager, Keown said: 'One assumes not. He doesn't even seem to be able to see the problems.
'I don't know where the basics are or where the leaders are in that team. He's too reliant on individuals and, based on what he says after, he doesn't understand the value of the team.
'There will have to be changes at this rate. I don't like to see anyone lose their job but it's going to happen, it's inevitable isn't it?'.
United are now 11 points behind Aston Villa with a game in hand and nine behind Tottenham, with a far inferior goal difference to both their rivals.
Ten Hag acknowledged that United will probably need a 100 per cent league record between now and the end of the season to quality for the Champions League.
However, Ten Hag remained relatively positive and backed his ‘angry’ players to use the pain they are experiencing to bounce back and beat Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Keown took a slight different approach, saying: 'We heard Erik ten Hag saying he thought it was a great performance and they suffered because of individual mistakes, but they don't play as a team at all.
'A defensive brain doesn't exist in that side. No one in that team wants to defend, they were completely exposed last night. I couldn't quite believe what I was watching at times.
'They don't know how to press as a group, they try to do but teams play through them so easily. It was an unbelievable game to watch but the basics just aren't there for United.'

We Arsenal fans didn't send Keown the nonsense he's saying. We are not opposed to any kind of celebration any players chooses as long as its not anti sportman-like. Keown is only speaking for himself.
