Gianluigi Donnarumma and Lucas Paqueta are not in Milan’s squad to face Juventus, but Franck Kessie and Hakan Calhanoglu are called up.
Donnarumma and Paqueta are not expected back for several weeks after they both limped off during Milan’s 1-1 draw with Udinese on Tuesday.
However, Calhanoglu has survived a late fitness scare to make the trip to Turin, the Turk joined on the team bus by Kessie, who has recovered from a knee problem.
Giacomo Bonaventura, on the other hand, is no nearer to returning, while Andrea Conti misses out for the second game running.
To plug the squad, Gennaro Gattuso has brought along Primavera goalkeeper Matteo Soncin and surplus midfielder Jose Mauri.
Milan squad to face Juve:
Goalkeeper: A Donnarumma, Reina, Soncin;
Defender: Abate, Calabria, Caldara, Laxalt, Musacchio, Rodriguez, Romagnoli, Strinic, Zapata;
Midfielder: Bakayoko, Bertolacci, Biglia, Kessie, Mauri;
Forward: Borini, Calhanoglu, Castillejo, Cutrone, Piatek, Suso
