The defender believes his Germany team-mate would be a good signing for the Bundesliga champions
Kai Havertz would suit Bayern Munich as a potential signing, according to Joshua Kimmich.
Havertz made his full Germany debut in a friendly against Russia on Thursday, setting up Serge Gnabry's goal in a 3-0 win for Joachim Low's side.
The Bayer Leverkusen midfielder has been linked with a move to Bayern, who are thought to be keen to freshen up their side, with Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery approaching retirement.
And Bayern defender Kimmich feels 19-year-old Havertz would be a solid addition for the Bundesliga champions.
"I cannot buy him, but Kai Havertz is a player who would suit us well," Kimmich told reporters.
Havertz's performance also caught the eye of Germany coach Low.
"He impressed me," said Low. "He is very secure on the ball and has good positioning going forward.
"When he gets the ball, he always tries to bring the ball forward. You can see that in training as well."
Germany are back in Nations League action on Monday when they host Netherlands in Gelsenkirchen.
They will be relegated unless they win but will drop into League B regardless if Ronald Koeman's men beat world champions France on Friday.
Havertz, a product of Leverkusen's youth system, has impressed for Heiko Herrlich's side this season, scoring six goals in all competitions so far.
The 19-year-old has also registered four assists across the Bundesliga and the Europa League so far this term.
Bayern have a number of talented young Germany stars on their books including Kimmich, Gnabry, Leon Goretzka and Niklas Sule.

Achtung! All Bundesliga clubs must mutually adhere not to sell their respective price gems to FCB. They always have it easy by prying these talents at dirt cheap deals..and worse leaving a gaping form in those teams to limp in later on. If these clubs are serious Bundesliga contenders, they must learn to say no and prioritise their own academies. Otherwise it'd be the same old story all over again seasons after seasons.

bayern didnt took them xD they wanted to come to bayern... why is everyone always saying bayern stole/took them when those players say so themselves that they want to play for bayern even before joining bayern 😑😑
I agree, but i also think that money is a big factor in determining whether he will join, or not

Yeah, but Bayern just took key players from Dortmund’s squad, Lewandowski, Hummels... If that didn’t happen those seven titles that Bayern has, they should have been Dortmund’s

Yeah, but when you compare the players that Dortmund buys and the ones that Bayern buys, there’s a big difference. Can you name one player that BVB bought that was a key player in his previous team?
im pretty sure it's almost everyone except for the players that were from the youth club... if not, why would dortmund buy them unless dortmund see potential in those players... basically what im saying is, the players that dortmund bought had an impact in their previous team which is why dortmund buys them... all clubs are like that but its just dortmund scouts are really good and they always fins players no one ever heard of from a league that not a lot of people watches

Yeah i guess, but i am just saying that these days, money pretty much determines which team wins the title. And that’s not only in Germany sadly, it happens in pretty much every top league in Europe.
Bayern don't spend more than 40M. They are against high money spending on individuals yet they qualified for UCL semi finals 7 years out of 8 only to lose out due to refereeing issues. Have won once and came second twice in the last 8 years. It's not about money It's about the players' attitude They are pulled towards previously better performing teams instead of making their own team great. The club is also at fault for encouraging transfers of high value just for profit. Example Monaco 2016. That was a wonder team that beat PSG and won the league and went far into the UCL. Instead of building on that team the club sold every good performing player and is now in the relegation zone. It's not entirely the club's fault either. Monaco has very little history in European competitions and has no "Big Club" face value.

Can't they say no? Why did the board approve? Lewandowski came after fulfilling his contract Hummels was a Bayern player before joining Dortmund. Most of Dortmund players leave for the Premier league. Almost every Top 6 club has a BVB player. That didn't affect their title chances? You do the same to other teams and when it happens to you, you get salty

Why does Bayern always take the best players from other german clubs??? I mean when you take the best players from every team, Bayern would always win. This makes the league not so interesting!
Also Are you sure you're a Dortmund fan or you're just supporting them because they are playing excellently well

Are you sure about that???? Even when dortmund takes players from other teams, they don’t take the key players from these teams, they take young talents and develop them.

Every club does that Barca, Juve, Madrid, etc Even Dortmund have done it All the players in your team except Alcacer, Sancho, Pulisic, Hakimi and Zagadou are from Bundesliga clubs That's more than Bayern See your club first before criticising others
