Madrid's planned upgrade of Estadio Santiago Bernabeu is in progress (Marca)

With the coronavirus pandemic halting all kinds of work across many countries, Real Madrid's planned upgrade of the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu is in progress.

The club plan to install a new retractable roof onto the iconic stadium as part of an overall upgrade.

LaSexta Journalist Jose Luis Sanchez tweeted a picture of the Bernabeu with part of the roof removed.
