Leeds are stalling on offering starlet Jack Clarke a new contract - putting the Premier League's elite on red alert.
The 18-year-old winger is viewed as one of the best young prospects in the country with the likes of Manchester City and Tottenham all keeping tabs on the teenager.
Clarke's current deal still has two-and-a-half years left to run – but there has been talk of an extension as Leeds look to cement his long-term future.
However, talks are yet to get underway, news the will alert the forward's admirers.
Clarke has made 12 Championship appearances - scoring twice — under Marcel Bielsa this season — though just one of those was from the start.

Clarke is a real talent there's no denying that but Jack has far more impact on a game dominates the play in midfield and is more of a key player, we can't win much without him, Clarke is a different player salty pants

It’s crazy, I always think we get ripped off when we sell our best players, Milner, Delph, Smith, martyn, the list goes on and on, only thing Grealish has over Clarke is premier league experience, but I’d take Clarke all day long

I always wonder where we would be without him. Playing non league football I suspect. He’s the best manager we’ve had since I’ve been going. When he leaves which he will one day we will then realise how good he is.
