okay. i'm a chelsea fan. man city really defended well to keep the lead. BUT, SERIOUSLY! what is wrong with EPL's VAR?.. it is really a bad thing for EPL, "THE MOST WATCHED LEAGUE". its good that they got VAR, but the decisions are awful. started from MATCHWEEK 1 until Now.. 😡😡😡

chelsea are architects of their own downfall
1. tammy won all aerial battles but we still played from the back
2.best fullback pairing for us is reece and azpi
3.poor performance this season
4.mancity was not great either but 3 points are all that matters
5. kepa out!!
well it could have been worse you know with all our individual errors

Can’t get clean sheets, loose every big game so disappointing and embarrassing this team are just so scared to play anyone who isn’t mid-table quality and I’m so sick of people criticizing me for what because I want my club to win is that it? Because I want my club to be relevant in a title race and compete for and win the big prizes and for that people have a go at me and say “be patient every club goes through this” “wait for this wait for that wait til we get to play this lineup💪🏻🔥” like WAIT FOR WHAT more mediocrity more losses to big opponents what am I waiting for exactly that’s so spectacular if they really were that good they’d be winning these games enough of the bs excuses and I’m sick of the Ty mr positives

I'm still proud of Chelsea they didn't give up without a fight. We really need a better keeper and ben chilwell. Chelsea should now understand girouds value, batshuayi wasted chances and was always offside. none the less a great performance and i wish we can keep winning till Christmas 💙

The citizens tops the blues : 5 things we learned from man city 2-1 chelsea :
Ederson return from injury after the international break boosted man city to stay on the game as they managed to comeback against Chelsea thanks to debreyne goal and mahrez world class goal, so what do we learn ?
1- both teams started the game strongly :
even though there were no goals in the first 15 minutes of the game, but 2 back to back lightning chances from both sides occurred during that duration. In the 4th minute, aguero slips de breyne into the box down the right and the midfielder lashes across goal , but it's narrowly wide of the bottom corner, then in the 8th minute; Abraham pounces on a loose ball from cancelo and drives forward before finding willian on the right , but the Brazilian's low drive is narrowly past the far post . Then in the 12th minute, mahrez takes an extra touch and sees a shot charged down before an ill- advised backheel from kovacic nearly gift city another chance . Then in the 15th minute , Abraham latches onto the corner but his shots is blocked as far as tomori who lashes a low effort that pings off the base of the post and goes wide . Almost all these scenes occurred before chelsea scored thanks to kante's cleverness .
On to number 2 .
2- man city's comeback came from counterattack:
Chelsea's midfield passing around danger in defence were effective in the build up to the first goal. However, it failed after they scored thanks to man city's high press which turned the game around and allowed man city to counterattack and comeback . after that, man city dominated the game and almost scored the third goal .
On to number 3
3- mahrez makes a statement
Riyad mahrez sent a message to pep guardiola that he must have a bigger role to play in the league by scoring a world class goal . Due to bernardo silva absence, mahrez was making only his fifth premier league start of the season which is difficult to find the rhythm and do a great impact, but the Algerian surprised us and was a non stop threat in that game by playing passes in behind, looking to shoot at every opportunity, and working hard off the ball. This shows no city player had more shots and dribbles than him, and he matched de breyne for the importance to the city cause across the 90 minutes .
On to number 4
4- top 4 looks in danger for chelsea :
Chelsea are now in a safe position, but with mourinho returning to the premier league as tottenham's manager, they could lose the top 4 finish if they fail to keep the lead. They must be careful and put the front runners on pressure instead of putting themselves in that situation instead . let's see what will happen in the future, will mourinho get back tottenham to top 4 or lampard have his say by fighting for title race ?
On to number 5
5- man city played as laporte is not absent ?
Last week , man city were totally outplayed by Liverpool. However this week, ederson return made his team more stable and hard to beat. Despite their weakness was exposed by chelsea, they were still able to press and create . Lastly, guardiola figured that out and stopped chelsea's threat by introducing gundogan who balanced his midfield and made chelsea's attack less threat . This shows that ederson was missed the most last week not laporte .

Talking points:
1. Kepa needs to fix up, it isnt the first game hes looked so shaky.
2. Zouma is our best defender but we need to have a new partner next to him, Tomori is young and with that comes inexperience and he was caught out a lot.
3. Emerson needs to do better, bring in Chillwell to push him to improve.
4. Reece James is starting material, we cant bench him any longer. He is 1 of the most intelligent players I've seen.
5. Kovacic and Kante at this moment cannot be benched when fit.
6. Frank got the tactics spot on but individual mistakes let us down twice.
7. The team showed passion, I dont care if we lose to a team like City or Liverpool but it's about how we lose. Last year we held 6, this year they barely managed 2 so clearly we arent as bad at the back as we think we have been. Chelsea is an ever improving team...
