Manchester City are eyeing Hajduk Split sensation Luka Vuskovic.
Just 16, the centre-half has made five senior appearances for Hajduk Split.
The Athletic says great interest is emerging in Vuskovic and City are among clubs keen.
Indeed, City have made a €10m offer plus €2m in bonuses. City is the first club to make a bid, according to The Sun.
Hajduk Split has neither accepted nor rejected the offer as yet. Vukskovic's family have hired Pini Zahavi as his agent.
