Manchester City's 2022-23 kit appears to have been leaked on Puma's website ahead of its official release after a photo was uploaded of Phil Foden, Jack Grealish and women's star Vicky Losada modelling the new design.
The picture - which has now been taken down - was seen in the header photo on the Man City section of Puma's site, showing off a striking new design with maroon details on the collar and sleeves, modelled by Foden and team-mate Grealish standing next to him.
Interestingly, the design has shifted City's club logo and manufacturing logo to the centre will the shirt sponor Etihad Airways and the Puma icon are both in navy, after previously being white.
Puma had previously teased that a new kit would be dropping on May 19 in just two days time after uploading a video showing highlights of City legend Colin Bell with the caption 'The King', suggesting that the new shirt will be inspired by his iconic era and historic designs of the past.
The initial photo shows Foden standing in the centre with his arms behind his back, wearing the new shirt with a necklace dangling on top and cream trousers.
Team-mate Grealish stands just behind him to the left, wearing his kit on top of a hoodie - while Losada models the kit with matching maroon hat and coat.ย The three stand in front of a huge flag with the maroon colour and other traditional City colours, including blue and white.
Maroon has previously been used in City shirts in the past, with the colour seen primarily in away kits throughout the years.
Fans look to have been won over by the new kit - with some calling it 'class' and others hailing it as 'our best kit in years' and many salivating at the prospect of incoming signing Erling Haaland wearing it.
'This is so fire, I can imagine Erling Haaland in it,' wrote one fan.
Another gave a optimistic view about City's prospects for next season wearing the shirt, writing: 'Giving me retro vibes. Gonna be class when we lift the quadruple next season.'
'Definitely digging this one,' said another supporter. 'Getting Foden's name on the home kit, Haaland on the away kit. Take mah money.'
One fan wasn't too pleased with the placement of the badge centrally, saying it could be 'the best home kit if the badge wasn't in the middle'.
