Manchester United are allowing 20-year-old striker Mateo Mejia to join Sevilla on a free transfer but will include a 25 per cent sell-on clause in the transfer.
Mejia joined United from Real Zaragoza in 2019 and has represented Colombia at U20 level.
He is expected to be joined on loan by United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri following the club's game with Tottenham on Sunday afternoon.
Elsewhere, full-back Alvaro Fernandez will also depart as talks continue to progress over his move to Benfica.
The 20-year-old was enjoying a loan spell with Granada but Benfica are ready to agree a loan with obligation to buy and United will retain a sell-on and buy-back option.
Fernandez signed for United from Real Madrid in 2020 at the age of 17, amid interest from several major European clubs including Barcelona and Man City.
He impressed for the Under 23 team and made the bench on two occasions towards the end of the 2021-22 campaign, a season in which he was named the Red Devils' Under 23 Player of the Year.
The Spaniard then spent 2022-23 on loan with Preston in the Championship, making 42 appearances in all competitions for Ryan Lowe's side.
Following the stint at Deepdale, he had hoped to make an impact at United and featured in several pre-season friendlies in the summer, while he was also named in the matchday squad for the 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest in August.
However, despite injuries to fellow left backs Tyrell Malacia and Luke Shaw, Fernandez was instead sent on loan to Granada on deadline day and he has since made 13 appearances for the LaLiga outfit.

Tenhag and his management team are so stupid when it comes to handling upcoming academy players. These talents should've been tried atleast before letting them leave esp. on permanent basis.
