Man Utd icon Ryan Giggs dating glamorous model 15 years younger than him

Former Manchester United ace Ryan Giggs is dating a DJ and model 15 years his junior.

The Wales manager, 45, has been on nights out with Helen Stelling Holt — with the couple becoming the talk of the Manchester Wags.

They are thought to have met at Old Trafford where Helen, 30, regularly plays music for corporate events.

According to sources, speculation about their relationship was also aired in September at Rio Ferdinand’s wedding to former Towie star Kate Wright.

Last night a source said: “Helen is a well-known face on the Cheshire circuit, and is very popular.

“She’s a lovely girl and, like Ryan, really into her fitness. She regularly works out in the gym and has an amazing body.

“They have a few pals in common and grew close after bumping into one an- other at a couple of events.

“Some people were chatting about them at Rio’s wedding — they make a great match.

“It’s early days but they enjoy each other’s company, and have become the talk of the Wags.”

Helen is a relationship manager at the upmarket Menagerie Restaurant — a celeb haunt in Manchester. Sources say Giggs has been there with her.

She often posts pictures of herself in gym gear and modelling poses on her Instagram where she has nearly 10,000 followers.

On Thursday night, Helen posted a snap from inside a corporate box at Old ­Trafford as United hosted Partizan Belgrade.

News of their blossoming romance comes two years on from Ryan’s acrimonious divorce from wife Stacey — the mum of his two kids.

The pair split in 2016 after Giggs romped with his ­brother’s wife, and ex-Big Brother star Imogen Thomas. As a model, Helen has graced magazine covers and catwalks around the globe.

She previously went out with one-time Republic of Ireland and Preston North End defender Sean St Ledger, 34.

She has been a DJ for about five years as has played gigs in Manchester, Ibiza, Majorca and the US.
