Manchester United's stars dressed to impress as they hit the red carpet for the club's end of season away ceremony on Monday night.

The Red Devils, and their partners, were spotted suited and booted as they celebrated their 2022-23 campaign for their senior and academy sides.

A number of prestigious awards were handed out on the night, including the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year, which was claimed by in-form forward Marcus Rashford.

The event offered United's stars a moment to reflect on their impressive campaign, which has seen them restore their place amongst the Premier League's top four.

However, despite their success this season, United boss Erik ten Hag reminded his players that they still need to 'do better' as they prepare for the next season.

Speaking on the night, ten Hag said: 'For me, they know it, good is not good enough. We have to do better. But, of course, after the start [of the season], Brighton and Brentford... we are happy. We are in the right direction. But satisfied? No, we are not.

'When you show the confidence and belief in the plan and your team-mates, you will win. We did it in so many games. But, also, we dealt with setbacks.

'So, it's a resilient team with character and personality. Those are all attributes that you need for a successful season and [to] win trophies.'

Ten Hag also reminded his United stars that, despite their end of season awards, the campaign was not over and that they had one crucial game still to play.

The Red Devils will face rivals Manchester City in the FA Cup final on June 3. United, if they win, will secure a historic double while City could clinch the Treble.

'We have to better. We have a good base but we have to do better. We have one game to go and it's a great opportunity to make the next big step,' ten Hag said.

'Then, after summer, we have to increase our standards and do even better. The competition is tough. Our competitors will reach higher levels and we have to do, at least, the same.

'But I don't think it's good enough. We don't want to stay here, we want to go higher and compete for the top two.'

United finished third in the Premier League and were nine points behind second-placed Arsenal. Despite ten Hag's disappointment, it was a significant improvement on their sixth-placed finish last year - prior to his arrival.

There were plenty of awards handed out on the night as the Red Devils teams - men's, women's and academy - celebrated their 2022-23 campaigns.

Rashford won the Player of the Year and Players' Player of the Year award, while Antony's strike at home to Barcelona won the Goal of the Season title.

For their women's side, Alessio Russo won Player of the Year while Hannah Blundell claimed the Players' Player of the Year. Russo's goal away at Arsenal took the title for best strike.

In the academy, Kobbie Mainoo won the Jimmy Murphy Award, Dan Gore clinched the Denzil Haroun Award, Holly Deering won Young Player of the Year and Bella Reidford won Player of the Year.

The Red Devils also launched the inaugural Fan Award named after the late Ian Stirling and confirmed it'll be a permanent feature of their end-of-season awards.
