Mario Mandzukic has undergone successful medical tests with Milan and will sign his contract with the Rossoneri tomorrow.
The 34-year-old underwent successful medical tests at Milan’s La Madonnina Clinic this morning and will sign a six-month contract with the Serie A giants upon the return of Milan’s directors from Cagliari tomorrow.
The Rossoneri are due to face the Sardinians this evening without the likes of Hakan Calhanoglu, Theo Harnandez, Rade Krunic and Ante Rebic who are positive for COVID and the injured Ismael Bennacer.
Mandzukic will automatically extend his stay at the club for one more season if Milan qualify for the Champions League.
According to several reports in Italy, he will earn €1.8m-a-year and Calciomercato.com claims the turned down a €4m offer from Besiktas.
As per Il Corriere dello Sport Mandzukic could chose the shirt No.9.
