Arsenal are set to bolster Mikel Arteta's squad this summer with a number of new signings as the Gunners prepare for their return to the UEFA Champions League
Barcelona were among the clubs interested in signing Zubimendi this summer but a report from Spanish outlet Diario AS claims that the Blaugrana have backed out of a move for the talented midfielder, and will instead target Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat. The report added that Arsenal are 'very close' to signing the 24-year-old but now Zubimendi has dismissed these claims.
The Spaniard reiterated his commitment to Sociedad in a recent interview and snubbed rumours linking him with a move to the Premier League. “I have never planned to leave Real Sociedad — I always say that," Zubimendi told Marca.
"I love life here, at home, I’m so happy here. The value of this club are same as mine so I feel very good, I always said that I’m happy.”

Zubimendi is waiting for Barça. No one says no to Barça. Every player wants to play for Spanish giants R. Madrid or Barcelona.
Like which player? Am talking about something everyone knows look at Lewa he forced the move and more specifically Kounde and Rafinha there were only few things left for them to join Chelsea but things changed immediately after Barça called they all chose Barça over Chelsea and remember Chelsea offered them the salary which was about ×2 Barça's offer. Knowing that due to FFP Barça still have to work on their registrations

Every player wants Madrid and if they’re not good enough then they choose Barca so they get to play el Clasico

Where’s the value of a player who have no interest in moving to progress himself.

Why is it sounding so short sightedness of this young player to stick to no progress in his career?
