Juan Mata was in no mood for discussing Manchester United's failings on Monday as he posted his weekly blog... comprising of just SEVEN words.
Usually, Mata shares a long article with his fans but after the club missed out on Champions League football on Sunday, the Spaniard kept it short and not-so-sweet.
Making his feelings quite clear, he wrote: 'You deserve better. No more words needed.'
It is not the first time the Spaniard has opted against writing hundreds of words to his supporters in the wake of a defeat... his April 22 post was much the same, the day after a week of 3-0 and 4-0 defeats by Barcelona and Everton respectively.
'Today I truly have no motivation to write anything,' he began that blog post. 'I can only imagine the disappointment and sadness that each of you have been feeling since Tuesday, and I understand.
'Thank you for your unconditional support, there is only one way forward but just words aren't enough: to give everything for this shirt, for this club and for all of you.'
Although still a fans' favourite to most at United, Mata does appear close to leaving United this summer and next weekend could be his last appearance for the club.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is set for a big first summer as manager and he is expected to completely overhaul the squad, admitting on Sunday that fans had 'seen the last' of certain players at Old Trafford.
Mata would most likely return to his homeland of Spain eight years after leaving Valencia, but it has also been reported that he has been offered another Premier League chance with Brighton.
Chris Hughton is reportedly keen to keep him in England, after the Seagulls secured their survival following Cardiff's defeat by Crystal Palace, according to The Mirror.
Valencia are believed to be interested in re-signing the former Spain international, who left to join Chelsea in 2011.

I know Mata is not that consistent. But i have realised one thing about him he is very humble and has alot of respect . Especially since he helps the staff by cleaning and cleaning his own boots. This guy is the one of the few has the United mentality . His attitude is great also and he knows what its like to play for Manchester United . I really would like a player like Mata to stay and have some more game time as he does impress sometimes . ❤

Mata is our best playmaker in and around the box. Seems like other player’s passes are always intercepted or go out of bounds. If I had a dollar for every cross that flew over everyone’s head this season, I would be a rich man.
