The grandfather of Antonela Roccuzzo passed away on Wednesday, Feb 26, which was also her 32nd birthday.
Lionel Messi's father in law, Pascual Roccuzzo was one of the owners of the supermarket chain Unico, well known in his childhood town Rosario.
Per Ole, the Argentine newspaper, the death of Antonela's grandfather meant the family did not celebrate her birthday, opting for silence on social media to commemorate him instead of the usual celebrations.
